Mission: Kohl's engaged our team to revamp the user experience and visual design of their loyalty program, Yes2You. This included a responsive web experience and native mobile experience.
Results: Initial user testing and focus groups show a dramatic increase in user engagement and other business KPIs. Parts of this program are still being rolled out.
Mission: The NFL Players Association needed a platform to optimize their licensing practice for digital. This included a mobile app for players to interact with, as well as, a web portal for licensors to interact with the NFLPA.
Results: Playmark launched in 2011 as the exclusive online broker for the NFL Players Association. Current status unknown.
Mission: Intel Software engaged our team to drive developer awareness of their new HTML5 development tools. We carried this project from concept through execution including multiple unique digital properties.
Results: The experiences we created received millions of visits, won multiple awards (FWA, ADDY, Awwward), and were recognized by Google Creative Sandbox, Huffington Post, WIRED, and others. We exceeded KPI goals for the business, including a 600% increase in social media share of voice.
Mission: Our team helped strategize and conceptualize a campaign, then brought it to life in time for Melinda’s appearance on the Colbert Report. Our goal was to connect her appearance on TV, with an at home digital experience.
Results: The campaign was noticed around the world after being featured on the Colbert Report and then was picked up by numerous press outlets. The fundraiser was a smashing success, and we raised $100k in the first day.
Mission: We were engaged by Deloitte's CEO to help drive internal adoption of the firm's long-term strategy. He needed to find a new way to engage people in the subject matter and measure their understanding of it.
Results
We designed a game that borrows social gaming mechanics to excite and engage Deloitte employees in a simulation game. Within only six months we had over half the firm playing the game, and exceeded all KPIs including DAUs, MAUs.
